CILS Weekly Email Report
CILS provides a weekly email report tailored to each institution to which CILS provides service. The report will be emailed weekly to your email address(es) to keep your institution up to date.
The email report will cover the following items:
Current Requests: This is a list of all your current requests with CILS. Those requests not yet closed or completed.
Current Requests on Order from Other Institutions: This list shows all your requests that CILS has ordered and is waiting for from other agencies.
Current Requests in or Scheduled for Production: Production for your institution.
Requests Requiring a Response or Follow Up from your Institution As Soon As Possible: Those requests requiring further information from your institution.
Requests Cancelled to Date: Requests that CILS has recorded as cancelled
Requests to Date: All requests made from your institution to date.
If your report contains a line like
Execution time 0.02 seconds.
No data found.
No rows found, or table not found in database cilsdb.
Do not worry - this just indicates that the email report did not find any information pertaining to a specific item of your institution's report. This will periodically happen when, for example, you have no current requests or no items in production.
